Day 5 - 24th December 2014
Tokyo- Hokkaido

Took a domestic flight from Narita to Hokkaido and trained over to Otaruchikko for our cottage stay @ Winkel Village. Went to the nearest supermarket to prepare steamboat and barbeque for chirstmas eve dinner! Experienced snowing for the first time and had fun making snowman and snow fight in the middle of the night. Stairs was rather steep and had a fall during the stay. Overall, hotel rated 4.5/5 for their cleanliness and service!

Day 6 - 25th December 2014
Otaru - Hakodate 

Greetings from Hokkaido! Had fun checking out by sliding down the stairs and slope with our luggages instead! Last minute snow shoot and exploration of the ski area before heading to Hakodate. The 4 hours travel was indeed a killer and lost our way to Super Hakodate Hotel too.Was kinda disappointed not to be able to rent our own car and have to spend too much time on travelling...

Day 7 - 26th December 2014
Hakodate - Sapporo

Had a tramcar experience to Mt Hakodate Ropeway for day view as we missed the night view the day before. Travelled to sapporo and checked in at JR Inn Sapporo. Visited  the night of Sapporo Clock and TV Tower before heading for our first meal in sapporo.

Day 8 - 27th December 2014
Sapporo

Took a train ride to Sapporo Chocolate Factory and Sapporo Curb Market after. Explored Susukino district ( Tanukikoji Arcade Street ) and had a great laugh at the slippery traffic which many people fall while crossing the road. (Was too engrossed about it which i find it bad to take photo/ video also lah )

Day 9 - 28th December 2014
Sapporo - Otaru

Took awhile to get our way to Sapporo Beer Factory and traveled to Otaru soon after and had the best honeydew ice cream and wagyu beef barbecue for dinner !
